I am the nothingness, the stillness, the everything behind all that I think I am
I am all that I think I am, and all that I think I am not
I am all that I can feel and express and all that I am unable to feel and express
I am the creator of my life and the effect of all I create
I am the stillness behind my noise and the noise that drowns my peace
I am the joy that’s hidden by suffering and the limitations that cloud my freedom
I am the darkness shadowing my light and the light that penetrates my darkness
I am the confidence behind the uncertainty and the questions that fuel my knowing
I am the beauty beyond the veil, the conflict behind the mask
I am the wisdom beneath the knowledge, the facts behind the fiction
I am how I see it all and it is all how I see myself
I am part of a whole and whole on my own
I am here to be me… accept who I am, transform who I’m not, love all that I am
Be free to be me
Be all I can be
I AM
Tracy Russell, 2010
